Let’s help you get checked in quickly and easily.
We use various communication methods to keep you informed about your stay, including email and WhatsApp. Prior to your arrival, you will receive details about the check-in procedure.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please ensure the apartment is securely locked upon departure, and kindly return the keys to the designated container in the foyer.
The entire check-in procedure will be done over the phone. When you arrive, access to the building is granted through a cellphone-to-gate system and your host will guide you through the process of picking up the keys and accessing the parking.
Although we are not on-site, we are just a phone call away and our manager is available to assist you in case of an emergency.

Route to Vista Bonita:Take the Hartenbos exit from the N2. At the traffic lights at the Langeberg Mall, turn right towards Mosselbay. At the 2nd traffic light, turn left and cross the railway lines. Follow Beach Boulevard until you see Vista Bonita on your left-hand side.

Contact your host
Once you have arrived at Vista Bonita Apartments, please contact your host so that they are ready to open the parking access gate.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM.
Drive to the Vista Bonita parking garage
Drive behind the apartment block and turn left up the ramp.
Drive up the ramp
Drive towards the hotel and turn left behind Vista Bonita apartments.
Turn left in to the Vista Bonita parking
Your host will open the Gate. Please look for ongoing traffic and turn left into the Vista Bonita Garage.
Park in the bay allocated to your specific apartment
Your host will confirm your apartment number. Note that there are two parking levels and your bay may be on the upper level. Please only park in your allocated parking bay.
Enter the apartment and pickup your keys.
Your host will guide you through the process to enter the apartment and pickup your keys.
